Terms of Use
The short version: Through is a one-time purchase — no subscription, ever. You buy it through the Apple App Store, you own it, and you use it however helps you focus. Be reasonable, and so will we.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Through app for iPhone and Apple Watch (“the app”), provided by Groovio s.r.o. (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The app
Through is a focus app: you declare an intent, focus for a block of time, and honestly confirm whether you did what you set out to do. The core loop is free. Through Pro unlocks additional features (such as app blocking, Apple Watch and Lock Screen display, Siri start, and gentle trends).
3. Purchases and pricing
- Through Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple is the seller of record and payment processor; we do not handle or see your payment information.
- Pricing may change for future buyers, but a purchase you have already made remains yours.
4. Refunds
Because purchases are made through the App Store, all refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy and Media Services Terms and Conditions. We are not able to process refunds directly. If something isn't working, please reach out — we'd rather help than have you ask for your money back.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
6. Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to break, exploit, or misuse it, and don't use it in any unlawful way.
7. Privacy
Through collects no personal data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Through is a tool to support your focus; it makes no guarantee of any particular outcome, productivity result, or behavior change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always live at this address, with the date updated above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
